Make it stand out

Technical University of München (TUM)

Project Overview

The project involves the organization and promotion of a speaker series at TUM, where influential personalities from leading companies will deliver keynote addresses. These sessions will not only motivate students but also provide them with unique perspectives on business trends and technological advancements.

Challenge

One of the primary challenges facing the Next-Flow and Technical University of München (TUM) collaborative project is the transition to a virtual format for the speaker series. With the evolving landscape of remote interactions, ensuring meaningful engagement and participation from students becomes a crucial hurdle to overcome.

In a virtual environment, breaking through the digital noise to promote the speaker series demands innovative and targeted promotional strategies to maximize student awareness and attendance.

The Solution

Utilize a multi-channel digital promotion strategy, leveraging social media, email campaigns, and targeted online platforms to effectively reach and resonate with TUM students.

Results

Following extensive efforts in marketing strategy development, we crafted engaging social media posts on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. Our goal was to capture the attention of a broader student audience. Additionally, we produced a compelling promotional video to attract students. As a result, the TUM Speaker Series event, featuring the CEO of OPENAI, witnessed a remarkable turnout with over 1000 students in attendance.
